Riverbend Park, 9060 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33478

Where do I park?

Parking is available on Picnic Island, as well as, at the front lot at the Riverbend entrance.  We suggest carpooling if possible or meeting friends at the entrance and carpooling to Picnic Island from there.

Where are the restrooms located?

Restrooms are available at the Riverbend front entrance building.  There are also restrooms on Picnic Island.  We will have an additional 4 porta potties to use prior to the start/finish line, and there is 1 porta potty on the course. To avoid congestion on Picnic Island, we recommend using the restrooms at the front entrance of Riverbend prior to arriving.

What time does the race start?

The race starts at 7 a.m.

What time should I arrive at the race site?

Road closures will begin at 6:45AM. Please plan accordingly. We suggest you arrive by 6:00AM to allow for parking, warm up, etc.

How will social distancing be practiced at the start line?

The start of the race will be a rolling start, as opposed to the conventional mass start.  The waves need to line up behind each other, with people staying six feet apart and walk until you are able to move forward and enter the corral area. Your time does not start until you cross the start mat.   You can then begin running as you run over the start mats.

Do I have to wear a mask?

You will be required to wear a face mask at the race site and in the start corral. You may remove your face mask when you cross the start line and put it back on when you cross the finish line. Please bring your own face mask.

How will social distancing be practiced on the course?

We will be enforcing “no drafting rules” on the course which include being no closer than 10 feet to your fellow runner.  Simply put, we ask you to respect each other’s space on the course.  There is plenty of room on the course to pass safely.  If you are walking or have a 10 min mile or longer, please wait and let the faster runners take the front of the line.

Can a family member or my friend wait for me at the race site while I run?

Spectators will be limited to only those accompanying a minor or a runner needing assistance.

What can I expect at the finish line?

Finisher medals, cooling towels, and water will be handed out to runners by volunteers wearing masks and gloves.  Runners will not be allowed to congregate in the finish line area but asked to move through quickly to allow for proper social distancing.

How is the race scored with a rolling start?

Runners will be scored by net chip time including the overall winners which is the elapsed time between when a runner crosses the timing mats at the start and finish lines. Normally, the overall winners are scored by gun time which is the order they cross the finish line. This means that a runner who crosses the finish line after you may still have run a faster race than you did.

Will you offer any post-race snacks?

Yes. Volunteers will offer you a selection of prepackaged snacks and fruit.

Where will I find the race results?

Results will be streamed live to the internet where runners can check their times. There will be no printed race results onsite to avoid congestion of runners at result boards.
